St Joseph's College, Upholland, Sanderson Associates have been involved for over nine years, ever since our Client purchased the redundant seminary site from the Roman Catholic Church. Our Client wishes to redevelop the site, whilst protecting the status of the important Grade 2 listed buildings and chapel.
Clarence Dock is a major mixed-use property development by the Clarence Dock Company Ltd. Part of the Crosby Group Plc, which has transformed the Leeds waterfront into one of the country's premier destinations for those seeking a stylish working environment, first class leisure entertainment facilities complemented by a blend of luxury apartments and retail outlets
 Sanderson Associates were commissioned by Clays of Addingham Ltd to undertake an initial Highway Statement as part of a Planning Application which involved the conversion of 2 barns and the construction of an agricultural building at West Berwick Farm, North Yorkshire

Netto Foodstores are one of the largest discount food retailers in the UK. Sanderson Associates have acted as highway consultant to Netto for the last 17 years working on over 120 projects all over the UK, from Dover to Newcastle and Holyhead to Hartlepool
 Oswaldtwistle Mills, Shopping Village. Sanderson Associates are pleased to be associated with the proposed development of a major addition to Oswadltwistle Mills Shopping Village, which is a popular tourist attraction in Accrington, Lancashire. Walkden is situated approximately 7 miles to the northwest of Manchester City Centre and the Ellesmere Centre forms the Town Centre shopping provision for the large conurbation. Sanderson Associates have worked on various highway elements of the site for the owners, Derwent Holdings since 2001.

Sanderson Associates were instructed by Accent Group on behalf of Tees Valley and South Durham NHS LIFT to provide highway advice associated with the construction of a proposed Health Care Centre at a site off Park Road, Hartlepool
 Since July 1997 Sanderson Associates have been providing West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) with highway advice in line with West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service ambition of Making West Yorkshire Safer by aiming to provide an excellent Fire and Rescue Service that works in partnership with others to reduce death, injury, and economic loss due to fire and other emergencies
Sanderson Associates have been successful in being appointed by Bradford Council to carry out a study into the best way to preserve and enhance the historic setts in Haworth
 Sanderson Associates were commissioned to obtain Planning and undertake the detailed design of an overspill car park for The Press Association offices in Howden, East Riding of Yorkshire.
